The PDF viewer is an MDI window just like the edit windows. This has the advantage that you can view your source and the PDF at the same time if you tile the windows.

The viewer itself consists of a tree with the topics and the actual PDF viewer.
The tree topics can be searched by right clicking on the tree. Choose 'Search' and enter a search text.
When a topic has sub topics, the topic is bold.

Open a PDF. This PDF will not be added to your project. |

Copy selected text to the clipboard. You can not copy from protected PDF documents. |

When you right click in the PDF, a pop up menu with the most common options will appear.
When you have enabled 'Auto Add PDF' in Options, IDE then the data sheet will be added automatically to the project when you change the $REGFILE value.
When you have enabled 'Auto Download PDF' in Options, IDE then the PDF will be downloaded automatically when it does not exist in the PDF subdirectory.
